| Descaling powder for all commercial machines and vending machines in kitchens, canteens, restaurants, and hotels. Suitable for Combi-Steamer, Bain-Marie, commercial dishwashers and glasswashers, as well as all other acid-resistant devices. Independently dissolves water scale, lime scale, and milk stone. Depending on the degree of encrustation, add 20-30 g of powder per litre of water at 50-70°C into the machine. Interrupt detergent dosing beforehand. Then operate the machine several times without dishes and without detergent. Afterwards, empty the machine and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
