| Italian Lungo. A premium blend of selected coffee varieties from the best harvests of Africa and Central America, characterized by a perfect harmony between body and sweetness. Lungo is a perfectly balanced blend with a high proportion of Arabica coffee, which requires a slow and gentle roasting to develop its full aroma. The Robusta beans, on the other hand, selected from the sweeter varieties, are roasted separately at a higher temperature. Lungo has an aroma profile similar to 100% Arabica blends but with more body. The high proportion of Arabica varieties gives the blend sweet, fruity notes accompanied by a light acidity. |
