Additionally, the function test can check the performance of individual transducers. The color change of SonoCheck is caused by a reaction triggered by cavitation. A color change from green to yellow during processing indicates sufficient ultrasound energy. A slow color change indicates insufficient energy, for example due to problems with loading, fill level, or degassing. Lack of ultrasound energy is indicated by no color change.
