| Aseptoderm is an alcohol-based skin disinfectant containing 63.14 g of 2-propanol per 100 g of solution. It is used before injections, punctures, or surgical procedures. On skin with few sebaceous glands, the product is applied concentrated: for injections with an exposure time of 15 seconds and for punctures or procedures with an exposure time of at least one minute. On skin rich in sebaceous glands (e.g., back, forehead, chest), an exposure time of at least ten minutes is necessary. The skin must be kept continuously moist during this time. Aseptoderm is not suitable for mucous membranes or eyes. In case of known allergy to 2-propanol or other ingredients, Aseptoderm must not be used. Side effects such as skin redness or allergic reactions are possible, especially with frequent use. Aseptoderm is flammable (flash point 23 °C) and must not be used near ignition sources. In case of spillage, ventilate the room, absorb and dilute the liquid, and remove ignition sources. Available in two different variants. FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY! |
